Greenbriar at Whittingham is a gated, premier Active Adult Retirement Community, for people who are 55 plus. Conveniently located near Exit 8A on the New Jersey Turnpike, this community has 1,607 homes with over 3,000 residents.

Greenbriar at Whittingham offers it's residents a wide range of activities that include a 9 hole golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a 30,000 plus sq ft clubhouse. The clubhouse offers a fully equipped exercise room, a ballroom, billiards, bocce and much, much more. Numerous clubs and groups are available to join. Additionally, trips and outings are sponsored on a regular basis.

The monthly maintenance fee includes lawn care, common area maintenance, snow removal, and 24 hour on-site security. Nursing services are also available  24 hours, 7 days per week.

The older, Whittingham section was started in the late 1980's, while the newer, Greenbriar section was started in the late 1990's. Many home styles are available - single family detached homes, Villas, or townhouses. These homes offer 1 or 2 car garages, some have basements, a fireplace or a second story.

Transportation to NYC is available for commuters. 

The Monroe Township Transportation Division provides transportation services to  locations in town such as Concordia Shopping Center and Apple Plaza.
